Wind and solar complementary lighting power supply system to help build Jamaica high-speed project HT SOLAR POWER

Recently, China Communications Construction and the Jamaican government signed a franchise agreement for the BOT project of Jamaica's North-South Expressway in Kingston, the capital of Jamaica, marking a substantial step by Chinese enterprises in the field of overseas infrastructure franchise investment. Among them, HT SOLAR POWER provided 41 sets of solar road monitoring power supply systems for its projects. Jamaican Prime Minister Simpson Miller, Minister of Transport Engineering and Housing Davis, Chairman Zhou Jichang and Chief Engineer Sun Ziyu respectively signed the agreement.

Under the agreement, CCCC will construct and operate the Jamaica North-South Expressway on a BOT+EPC basis. The highway, with a total length of 65 kilometers, is the main north-south traffic trunk planned by the dental government, and the route is intended to adopt the standard of fully closed, full-interchange 4-lane expressways, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The total investment of the project is about 734 million US dollars, and it is planned to start construction within the year, with a construction period of 3 years and a concession period of 50 years. The 41 sets of solar road monitoring power supply systems provided by HT SOLAR POWER are also used in this project.
